Depending on where you live, your meals will arrive either in an insulated box or a reusable tote bag packed with ice packs to keep everything fresh. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
You have two ways to order. You can place a one-time order whenever you'd like — just visit the menu, pick your meals, and check out. No commitment required. Prefer a more hands-off experience? Subscribe at checkout to receive meals every week automatically. Subscribers save 5% on every order and can pause any week or cancel at any time.
Yes — and we go further than most. You can filter the menu by meal type, protein source, and over 60 ingredients to avoid including all major allergens. You can also set nutritional targets with minimum and maximum ranges for calories, protein, carbs, fat, and more. If you subscribe, you can save these preferences to your account so every weekly order is automatically tailored to your needs — no re-filtering required.
Because our chefs prepare meals to orders each week, we have an order cutoff of Thursday night, though your exact cutoff time may vary by location. You can always confirm your specific deadline on your menu or dashboard when logged in. Your payment method will be charged at the cutoff when your order is processed — not when you place it. This deadline also applies if you need to skip a week, make changes to your order, or update your delivery address, so make sure any changes are submitted in time.
